Quick Reference Guide

For your convenience, we have set forth a few of our policies in bullet point format for your quick reference.

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout has been completed.

  •  Shipping orders take 2 business days to be shipped, and are typically received within 4-5 business days after being shipped.

  • House of MERCI is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. House of MERCI will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to arrive at our location, and 4-5 business days for our team to process your return.

  • Coupon codes and promotional discounts do not carry over to exchanged items

  • Products in clearance are unable to be returned or exchanged. These products are final sale items. Please double check the sizing guide or contact us regarding any questions to ensure you choose the correct size.
