Shipping & Returns
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has been completed.
Orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within two business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.
You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.
If your order has different billing and shipping addresses, we will reach out to you to confirm your order. We do this in an effort to minimize fraud, and to confirm the shipping address. We employ an address verification service in partnership with the USPS to automatically verify all addresses. If our automated systems cannot verify your shipping address, we will contact you to verify your shipping address. Both of these situations may delay the processing and shipping times for your order if we cannot reach you prior to shipping your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returns must be submitted by email within 3 days of receiving per tracking. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with tags attached.
You may choose from two options when returning your order:
Store Credit for the subtotal: You are responsible for shipping the items back within 3 days of request. The credit will be sent to your email after we receive the original item.
Exchange: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
Please be aware that we do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of the original order, you will have to pay to return items to us.
Items from our sale collection are final sale items and are unable to be exchanged or returned.
